New: Launch of Event Series “Opportunities in the Crisis“ with the Political Educational Center of the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation

I am delighted to announce that the Political Educational Center Rhineland Palatinate of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and I initiated and created a new research-backed event series with the overall topic „Opportunities in the Crisis“. The first online seminar will be held by Dr. Beate Vieth and me on Thursday the 27^th of August at 6 pm. The topic is black swan events and their effect on the economy based on the example of the current corona pandemic. For some of you, the topic might sound familiar: The webinar evolved from earlier webinars based on my research which were initiated at the Munich Security Conference. This webinar now covers a much broader scope and focuses on Corona as a crisis. It includes other research and many studies of big consulting firms, IMF, Statista and many more. It will be held in German.
