Who Am I?
I am the Swiss German founder and CEO at networkx, a connection & community building expert, an author, a keynote speaker, a moderator, a sailor and a polo enthusiast. However, above all, I am a believer in the power of networking in today's world. My Story
Now the question is that where did it all begin? Well, for a woman who was shy and introverted ever since she was a little child, there didn't seem much hope for someone like me to excel in this field. Until I decided to defy the odds and challenge myself to interact, communicate and build connections. With great conviction and effort, I was able to socialize and eventually create a world-class network from scratch. And one of the fundamentals of achieving that was networking and connecting other people with each other to expand their circles and create a wholesome environment for anyone involved.
This is what gave birth to my career as an "Superconnector," as I became the leading person to not just instill a similar drive in other people to build their own networks once they have the vision but also to encourage companies and organizations to promote a culture where employee's skillset is valued and polished. Networking is one of the best ways to foster a culture of collaboration and productivity that can be achieved together as a group.
